The hotel will be at full capacity across the race weekend, and rooms are allocated based on two people per room. Should you require twin beds, please submit this as a special request.
Can I extend my stay?
Extending your stay outside the pre-booked period is subject to availability and will be a direct cost to you. We are happy to request additional nights for your stay with the hotel. Please ensure we receive any requests by Wednesday, April 1, 2026
Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is included in your package at the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort. The specific location and opening times will be communicated in your joining instructions.
Can I smoke in my room?
All rooms are non-smoking, so smoking is not permitted in your room. However, there are designated smoking areas outside the hotel, which we ask you to adhere to.
Do I need to book my flights?
The Ford F1 event team will organise your flights. Should you wish to upgrade your class, this will be subject to availability and will be at your own cost. Ford will cover the price of a Business Class ticket, with any excess amount being invoiced to you personally. Alternatively, we would be happy if you booked your flights, and we can reimburse you for the Business Class costs.
Do I need to book airport transfers?
The only transfer you need to organise yourself is getting to your local airport to travel to the Monaco GP.
Once your flight lands, there is no need to book any transfers. Your travel in and around Monaco will be covered, including your transfers to and from the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort to the airport.
Ford will also take care of group transfers for the planned activities.
What shall I wear?
A Monaco Grand Prix style guide has been shared with all guests, which outlines the dress codes across the various elements of the experience. Additionally, images have been provided from previous Monaco GP guest programs in the ‘Style Inspiration’ tab. Please follow the suggestions provided and refer to the imagery included for inspiration.
Monaco gets quite chilly in the evenings, so please bring layers to avoid getting cold.
Can I take a bag with me?
You are welcome to bring bags on the yacht, which have the option to be stored during your time at track.
If you decide to take you bag with you to the Red Bull Energy Station, please be prepared to have it searched here or at any ticket checkpoints. There are strict rules regarding bringing specific items and bags to the Monaco Grand Prix. Please read carefully:
Prohibited Items:
- The following items are not allowed in the grandstands and spectator areas:
-
- Glass bottles
-
- Cans
-
- Pets
-
- Bulky items, such as suitcases, pushchairs, bikes, scooters, helmets, camera tripods etc.,
-
- Any object that can cause harm to another spectator, e.g. firearms, knives or blades and generally any blunt object that somebody can use to cut, whether metal or otherwise, are strictly prohibited
-
- We strongly recommend that you do not bring luggage to the Grand Prix as there are no lockers or left luggage facilities
-
- Any item that, in the opinion of the Promoter, has the potential to cause injury to a person or cause a public nuisance will be confiscated
What footwear shall I wear?
General: We recommend wearing comfortable shoes during the day.
Yacht (at-track): As mentioned in the style guide, we suggest either boat shoes, smart sandals or smart sneakers when aboard the yacht. Heels are not permitted.
Dinners (off-track): We suggest wearing smart and comfortable footwear, including heels, when attending the dinners as part of this event. No worn shoes.
Is it open-air or covered at the racetrack?
The yacht will have indoor and outdoor areas, but we advise guests to remain outside on the various decks for race viewing to see the action.
The Red Bull Energy Station is predominantly open, with some shaded tables on the venue’s top floor. However, the venue’s interior is for the race team only and does not allow guests to enter.
The Grandstand seating is a semi-covered area, so if it is raining, we suggest you stay in the comfort of the viewing terrace or the yacht.
How do I get to the Yacht or Red Bull Energy Station?
Ford will provide private tenders for guests to get to and from the yacht and Red Bull Energy Station. You will need a tender boat, which is approximately a 10-15 minute journey. Marine traffic into the harbors will be busier than usual, which may result in a slight delay. We advise guests to wear appropriate sun/rain protection as the tenders will be uncovered.
It is possible to walk to the Red Bull Energy Station. However, there will be specific routes that you will be required to follow, and there will be high volume pedestrian traffic. It is approximately a 30-minute walk. Please note walking to the yacht will not be possible.
Is there an age restriction?
While there is no specific age limit for those under 12 years, a parent or guardian must sign a waiver for the Red Bull Energy Station. An adult must accompany the individual at all times.
What is food like on the Yacht and Red Bull Energy Station?
Yacht: Throughout the day, bowl food and buffet stations will be available at the viewing terrace and on the yacht.
Red Bull Energy Station: The carefully curated dining experience at the Red Bull Energy Station by world-class chefs combines global and local dishes with handpicked, market-fresh, local ingredients. Guests can collect food at the various live cooking stations within the Red Bull Energy Station.
I have a dietary requirement; will you cater for me?
Please let the Ford F1 event team know of any requirements so they can pre-warn catering staff and make any necessary arrangements. We are happy to cater to any dietary requirements.

Can I smoke at the F1 racetrack?
Smoking and the use of electronic smoking devices (e-cigarettes or vapes) is strictly prohibited in any enclosed or partially enclosed spaces, as well as any designated viewing areas. Smoking and vaping will only be allowed in authorised smoking areas outside the hospitality venues.
Will I meet the drivers?
Usually, the Oracle Red Bull Racing and Visa CashApp Racing Bull drivers appear at the Red Bull Energy Station, with allocated Q&A sessions because this location operates as the team unit. Be sure to be at the Energy Station at the designated time.
We are planning a special appearance for the Ford group during our Welcome Dinner; more information to follow!
Appearances are subject to change and cancellation by Oracle Red Bull Racing and Visa CashApp Racing Bulls.
Can I take photos and videos?
You are encouraged to take your cameras and smartphones to capture all the action.
Please note that videos are not permitted for commercial use but for personal use only. Remember to have a portable charger with you as these will only sometimes be available or provided in hospitality locations.
Will I receive any gifts?
Upon check-in, you will receive an Oracle Red Bull Racing goody bag in your room, and an additional small welcome gift. Please be sure to allow room in your luggage to get this home.
Can I get extra gifting for my family/children?
You cannot source additional gifts from the Red Bull Energy Station. However, there will be plenty of opportunities to buy merchandise for your friends and family.
There are official F1 merchandise stores located in Place D’Armes and the F1 Fan Zone, and you will also come across many stores around the track and the city. The Ford F1 event team will be happy to help you find these stores.
Do I get to go in the F1 boxes/garage?
Monaco is a very different set-up from a ‘normal’ race track, as it is through the streets of Monaco. The Ford F1 event team works closely with Oracle Red Bull Racing and Visa CashApp Racing Bulls to secure experiences to take guests to the pit lane, team boxes, and garage. We will know these details closer to the event and communicate to guests in their joining instructions or when we are in Monaco at the event.
I will need to join some calls throughout the weekend, is there a suitable location to take these?
There are limited spaces to conduct calls on the yacht and at the Red Bull Energy Station. We suggest that calls be made at the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort before or after being at the track.
Can I meet my friend who will be in another hospitality suite at the circuit?
You can only enter other hospitality offerings with the correct accreditation/ticket. Unfortunately, we cannot allow friends or acquaintances on the yacht as these are exclusively for Ford, and they will only be permitted on the Red Bull Energy Station if they have this specific accreditation themselves. No spare Red Bull Energy Station passes will be available.
What is the racing schedule?

Can I go to the parties during the Monaco Grand Prix?
Various parties occur during the Monaco Grand Prix at venues dotted around the principality. There is also the famous Rascasse, which is free to enter and has many bars that sprawl out onto the track.
Our itinerary focuses on a Thursday Welcome Dinner and a Saturday dinner followed by a party. Should you wish to explore additional parties, please inform a member of the Ford F1 event team, and they will support with organising your tickets subject to availability.
When will I get my tickets?
You will receive your accreditation upon check-in to your room at the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort. Your tickets and gift bag will await you in your room.
Do I get any leisure time?
As part of your itinerary, we have allocated some leisure time for you and your guest to take the opportunity to experience all the French Riviera destination has to offer.
We have included various activities in the joining instructions for guests to book. In addition, we have collated a selection of restaurants and cafes if you wish to organise dining reservations. However, please note that there will be limited availability as the Monaco GP draws closer, and many places may require a reservation fee.
How many leisure activities can I do?
As part of your program, Ford will cover the cost of one leisure activity per guest during your stay. Please select your preferred option in your guest registration, and the Ford F1 event team will connect with you directly to organise.
Can I bring a friend/guest?
Your attendance at this event is for you and 1 x guest to attend only. Tickets to the activities have been purchased for the exact number of guests, and there will be no availability for additional participants for certain activities.
Can I leave an activity and go back to the hotel?
If, for whatever reason, you want to return to the hotel throughout the day, we can arrange a transfer for you. Please speak to a member of the Ford F1 event team who can assist you.
