Early Arrival/Leisure Day

Location: Monte-Carlo, Monaco
The option is available for guests to arrive in Monaco a day prior to when the program officially begins, to allow time to adjust to the time zone and enjoy leisure time ahead of a full F1 experience over the next few days.

Thursday, June 4, 2026
Monte-Carlo, Le Grill & Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo
During the day, guests will partake in their pre-selected leisure activity, offered as part of the guest program by Ford. Please select your leisure activity in the guest registration form. Options are outlined in the ‘Leisure Activities’ tab.
Perched on the eighth floor of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, the Michelin-starred Le Grill restaurant offers an exceptional panoramic view of the Principality as far as the Italian coast. A truly memorable culinary experience that evokes the flavours of the Riviera.
Following dinner, guests will have the opportunity to spend the remainder of their evening at the Casino de Monte-Carlo, with an allowance of chips included in the offering.
Leisure Day

Location: Monte-Carlo
With a whole day dedicated for guests to enjoy some leisure time, this also provides an additional opportunity for guests to partake in their pre-selected leisure activity, gifted as part of the Ford guest program.
Additionally, guests are welcome to organise their own activities and explore Monaco.
For the evening, an optional Ford group booking will be made at SASS Café. Offering quality cuisine matched with an immersive party experience, this is one of Monaco’s most popular destinations over the Grand Prix weekend.

Returning in 2026, ‘E-Motion’ promises a luxurious escape aboard a stunning 40m Sunseeker yacht, designed with elegant open-plan social spaces perfect for relaxed networking and unforgettable moments.
Included is access to Ports Lounge, a floating VIP hospitality offering food and beverages, in addition to all food and beverages that will be provided aboard ‘E-Motion’.
Hard-shell private tenders will transfer guests from the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort to the private yacht each day.

Following the end of the race, all guests will enjoy time on the yacht and experience the atmosphere that the Monaco harbor has to offer post Grand Prix. Drinks will continue to flow, before all guests head back to the hotel ahead of departures the following day.
